The UVQF504 Y-Strainer with Small Plug is designed to remove debris and solid particles from industrial pipelines, helping protect downstream valves, pumps and other process equipment from contamination. Its compact Y-pattern construction directs the process medium through an internal stainless steel screen, capturing unwanted particles before they can travel further through the system. The removable cap provides access to the screen for routine cleaning and maintenance, while the integrated small discharge plug provides an additional means of draining or removing collected material. The UVQF504 features an investment cast body manufactured in CF8M or CF8, combined with a SUS304 stainless steel filter screen and PTFE sealing gaskets. Rated to 800 PSI / PN40, the strainer is suitable for higher-pressure industrial installations where a compact threaded filtration solution is required. A wide range of threaded connection standards is supported, including ASME B1.20.1, BS 21, DIN 2999/259, ISO 228-1, JIS B 0203 and ISO 7/1, providing flexibility for different pipework requirements. The UVQF504 is inspected and tested in accordance with API 598 and EN 12266 and is available in sizes from 1/4"–3/8" through to 4".
