Designed for plant engineers requiring Tri-Clamp pipework integration, the PT100 is suitable for compatible water, alcohol, oils, fuels, steam, natural gases or liquids, organic solvents, acids and lyes. Featuring an AISI 316 stainless steel body, PTFE sealing and an AISI 304 actuator, with aluminium used for 125 mm actuator versions, the PT100 supports chemical processing, food and beverage, filling machinery, industrial automation, steam, water treatment and industrial washing applications when correctly specified and installed. Inlet Under Seat Design: The inlet under seat configuration supports water hammer effect prevention in compatible process systems. Defined Pressure & Control Requirements: Supports fluid pressure up to max 16 bar, with maximum pressure dependent on DN and actuator selection. Control pressure starts from 3.5 bar according to the datasheet table, using neutral gas or air as the control fluid. Stainless Steel & Seal Construction: Manufactured with an AISI 316 stainless steel body and PTFE sealing, with a maintenance free PTFE sealing pack for process use. Media & Temperature Suitability: Suitable for compatible water, alcohol, oils, fuels, steam, natural gases or liquids, organic solvents, acids and lyes. Fluid temperature range is listed as -10°C to +180°C, with ambient temperature from -10°C to +80°C and maximum fluid viscosity of 600 cSt. Actuator, Mounting & Position Feedback: Actuator sizes include 40 mm, 50 mm, 63 mm, 90 mm and 125 mm. Pilot thread is G1/8, or G1/4 for 125 mm actuators. The datasheet states universal mounting position and includes a protected visual position indicator.
