Inlet Under Seat Design: The inlet under-seat configuration helps prevent water hammer effect and supports dependable flow control in compatible industrial systems. Defined Pressure & Control Requirements: Supports fluid pressure up to max 16 bar, with the maximum pressure dependent on DN and actuator selection. Control pressure starts from 3.5 bar according to the datasheet table, using neutral gas or air as the control fluid. Stainless Steel & Seal Construction: Manufactured with an AISI 316 stainless steel body and PTFE sealing, with a maintenance free PTFE sealing pack for robust process use. Media & Temperature Suitability: Suitable for compatible water, alcohol, oils, fuels, steam, natural gases or liquids, organic solvents, acids and lyes. Fluid temperature range is listed as -10°C to +180°C, with ambient temperature from -10°C to +80°C and maximum fluid viscosity of 600 cSt. Connection & Mounting Guidance: Features threaded BSP connections from G3/8 to G3, with NPT threads available on request. The datasheet states universal mounting position. Actuator & Position Feedback: Actuator sizes include 40 mm, 50 mm, 63 mm, 90 mm and 125 mm, with pilot thread G1/8, or G1/4 for 125 mm actuators. A protected visual position indicator is included for quick valve status checks.
