Constructed with an AISI 316 stainless steel body and PTFE seal, the Series P370 is designed for compatible industrial automation, heating, water, hot water, steam, aggressive media and food fluid applications. As a double effect valve, pneumatic pilot pressure is used to actuate the valve in both directions, subject to correct specification, media compatibility, pressure conditions and installation. Defined Pressure & Flow: Operates from 0 bar minimum differential pressure. Maximum allowable pressure is PS 40 bar for 1/2” to 1”, PS 25 bar for 1 1/4” and 1 1/2”, and PS 16 bar for 2”. Orifice sizes range from 15 mm to 50 mm, with Kv values listed as 80, 150, 190, 340, 430 and 620 m³/h. High Flow Angle Seat Design: The angle seat configuration provides high flow capacity, with an anti water hammer feature when the fluid entry is below the seat. Stainless Steel & Seal Construction: Manufactured with an AISI 316 stainless steel body, PTFE seal and maintenance free PTFE/FKM packing gland, supporting fluid temperatures from -40°C to +180°C and maximum fluid viscosity of 600 cSt. Connection & Mounting Guidance: Features GAS ISO 228/1 or NPT ANSI/ASME B1.20.1 threaded connections, with listed code table sizes from 1/2” to 2”.
