In its standard un-actuated state, the valve allows flow and closes when sufficient pilot pressure is applied, subject to correct specification, media compatibility, pressure conditions and installation. The actuator body is Polyamide 66 with 30% glass fibre, with NBR gaskets and suitability for dry or lubricated air, gases and neutral fluids up to +60°C. Defined Pressure & Flow: Supports a maximum allowable pressure of PS 40 bar. Maximum differential operating pressure is 16 bar for 1/2”, 10 bar for 3/4” and 10 bar for 1”. Orifice sizes are 15 mm, 20 mm and 25 mm, with Kv values listed as 70, 130 and 150 m³/h. Stainless Steel & Seal Construction: Manufactured with an AISI 316 stainless steel body, PTFE seal and maintenance free PTFE/FKM packing gland, supporting fluid temperatures from -40°C to +180°C and maximum fluid viscosity of 600 cSt. Connection & Mounting Guidance: Features GAS ISO 228/1 or NPT ANSI/ASME B1.20.1 threaded connections from 1/2” to 1”.
