Series P152 Stainless Steel 2 Way Proportional Pneumatic Angle Seat Valve Ultravalve supplies the Series P152 2 way proportional pneumatically operated angle seat valve for controlled flow regulation in demanding industrial automation and process systems. Constructed with an AISI 316 stainless steel body and PTFE seal, the Series P152 is designed for compatible automation, heating, water, hot water, steam, aggressive media, food fluid, industrial washing, filling machine, compressor, thermoregulation and chemical / petrochemical applications. Operation is controlled by pilot pressure, subject to correct specification, media compatibility, pressure conditions and installation. Pneumatic Actuation Performance: Uses an orientable Ø50 pneumatic actuator with pilot pressure from 0 to 8 bar, enabling operation from 0 bar minimum differential pressure. Defined Pressure & Flow: Supports a maximum allowable pressure of PS 40 bar. Maximum differential operating pressure is 16 bar for G1/2, 10 bar for G3/4 and 10 bar for G1. Orifice sizes are 15 mm, 20 mm and 25 mm, with Kv values listed as 70, 110 and 130 m³/h. Stainless Steel & Seal Construction: Manufactured with an AISI 316 stainless steel body, PTFE seal and maintenance free PTFE/FKM packing gland, supporting fluid temperatures from -40°C to +180°C and maximum fluid viscosity of 600 cSt. Connection & Mounting Guidance: Features GAS ISO 228/1 or NPT ANSI/ASME B1.20.1 threaded connections from 1/2” to 1”. Operational Features: Includes high flow angle seat configuration, anti water hammer feature with fluid entry below the seat, optical position indicator, self adjusting internal seal, back pressure resistance capability and maintenance free sealing pack.
