Featuring an ATEX certified explosion-proof coil and brass valve body, the A107 range is designed for higher capacity fluid systems operating under defined differential pressure conditions. High Capacity Solenoid Valves for Industrial Applications Available from UK stock, the A107 series provides a robust solution for larger flow applications where servo-assisted valve operation is required, subject to configuration and current availability. Designed for general industrial fluids, these valves offer consistent performance across a wide range of pipeline sizes. Full Hazardous Area Certification: Features an ATEX certified explosion-proof coil for gas and dust hazardous areas: ATEX II 2GD Ex d IIC T6/T5/T4 Gb and Ex tb IIIC T80°C/T95°C/T130°C Db IP66. Servo-Assisted Operation: The diaphragm design supports higher flow capacity than direct-acting alternatives, with Kv values up to 84 m³/h depending on valve size. Minimum Differential Pressure: Requires a minimum differential pressure of 0.15 bar across most sizes, increasing to 0.3 bar for the G2 1/2 and G3 versions. Defined Pressure Operating Range: Supports a maximum allowable pressure of PS 25 bar, while maximum differential operating pressure varies by size from 15 bar down to 5 bar. Continuous Duty Performance: Rated for ED100% continuous service, allowing uninterrupted electrical operation in demanding industrial environments. Robust Construction: Manufactured with a brass body and FPM or NBR seal materials for compatibility with suitable general fluid media. Wide Size Range: Available with G1/4 to G3 ISO 228 threaded connections, supporting a broad range of flow requirements. Flexible Electrical Connection: Supplied with a 1/2" NPT electrical connection, with M20x1.5 available on request. PED Pressure Note: For G2 1/2 and G3 versions used with fluids listed under chapter 3 / group 1 of PED Directive 2014/68/EU, the maximum allowable pressure should be considered reduced to PS 15 bar max.
