Series 700 Solenoid Operated Pinch Valve Ultravalve supplies the Series 700 solenoid operated pinch valve with dry armature for automated flow control in air and compatible fluid handling systems. Designed so that the soft tube is the only part in contact with the fluid, the Series 700 helps eliminate internal dirt traps while supporting bi-directional flow. Available in 1 tube normally closed, 1 tube normally open and 2 tube 1NC-1NO versions, this valve provides compact pinch control when correctly specified with a suitable soft tube. Dry Armature Pinch Valve Design: The tube is the only part in contact with the fluid, helping eliminate internal dirt traps and supporting compatibility with correctly selected soft tube materials. Bi-Directional Flow Capability: Fluid flow can be bi-directional, supporting flexible integration into compatible air and fluid handling assemblies. Tube & Pinch Force Guidance: Designed for soft tube, not supplied, with hardness 50°Sh A ±3°. The listed tube size is 3 mm outside diameter with 0.7 mm minimum wall thickness, using a 250 gr pinch force. Configuration Options: Available as D710 1 tube normally closed, D720 1 tube normally open and D730 2 tubes 1NC-1NO, with internal diameter determining the flow. Material Construction: Manufactured with an anodized aluminium body, acetal copolymer pinching device, nickel plated brass armature tube, stainless steel plunger and core, stainless steel springs and stainless steel flange. Fluid & Temperature Guidance: Maximum fluid viscosity is listed as 65 cSt. Ambient temperature is listed as -10°C to +40°C, with preferred mounting position using the vertical coil above. Electrical Protection & Coil Options: Uses Series 6 coils with 16 mm width, Class F insulation and ±5% voltage tolerance. Available in 12V DC and 24V DC with 4W and 8W options, using AMP 2.8 x 0.5 electrical connection and PG7 connector. Protection is IP65 with connector fitted and IP00 without connector.
