Series 210 AISI 303 2 Way Normally Open Direct Acting Solenoid Valve Ultravalve supplies the Series 210 2 way normally open direct-acting poppet type solenoid valve for automated on/off flow isolation in demanding industrial and medical applications. Constructed with an AISI 303 stainless steel body and armature tube, the Series 210 is designed for compatible medical, air, water, chemical, chemical/petrochemical, carwash, industrial automation and industrial washing machine applications requiring dependable normally open operation and direct-acting control from 0 bar differential pressure. In its de-energised state, the valve allows flow and closes when energised, subject to correct specification, media compatibility and installation. Dependable Stainless Steel Normally Open Control for Medical, Water and Chemical Applications Ultravalve’s Midlands based warehouse offers a wide range of Series 210 valves from stock, subject to configuration and current availability. Designed to support maintenance projects, medical applications, industrial automation upgrades, carwash systems and industrial washing machine requirements, these valves help provide fast replacement options for urgent pipework and general process applications. Normally Open Direct-Acting Performance: The 2 way normally open direct-acting poppet type design enables electrically actuated on/off flow isolation from a minimum differential pressure of 0 bar. Defined Pressure & Flow: Supports a maximum allowable pressure of PS 50 bar, with maximum differential operating pressure dependent on orifice size and coil selection, reaching up to 80 bar on selected 1 mm configurations. Available with orifice sizes from 1 mm to 6.4 mm and Kv values from 0.04 to 0.64 m³/h. Stainless Steel Construction: Manufactured with an AISI 303 body and AISI 303 armature tube, alongside an AISI 430FR plunger and core and AISI 302 springs. Seal & Fluid Compatibility: Seal materials are listed as NBR, FPM and EPDM, with suitability dependent on valve code, media, temperature and application compatibility. Maximum fluid viscosity is listed as 25 cSt. Steam Application Constraint: The maximum allowable pressure for steam applications is strictly limited to PS 2.5 bar gauge. Flexible Integration: Features G1/4, G3/8 and G1/2 ISO 228 threaded fluid connections for straightforward installation into compatible systems, with universal mounting position as stated in the product data sheet. Electrical Protection & Coil Options: Uses Series 2 and Series 5 coil options with DIN 43650A PG9 electrical connection. Protection is IP65 with connector fitted and IP00 without connector. Additional Options & Temperature Guidance: Available with silver shading ring, certified coils, Class H insulation for Series 2, cable attached versions, special coil voltages, special coil powers, manual override on request and versions for use with industrial oxygen. Versions for fluid temperature down to -40°C are available on request. Ambient temperature is listed as -10°C to +80°C according to the coil. With over 30 years’ experience and an ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system, Ultravalve provides dependable valve solutions for UK industry.
