Constructed with a brass body, the Series 204 is designed for compatible air, automation and compressor applications requiring dependable normally open operation and direct-acting control from 0 bar differential pressure. In its de-energised state, the valve allows flow and closes when energised, subject to correct specification and installation. Available with 1.5 mm and 1.7 mm orifice sizes, with Kv values of 0.06 and 0.08 m³/h. User Port Configurations: Available with M5 connection, hosetail connection, or hosetail connection with relief valve, to suit specific integration requirements. Brass Construction: Manufactured with a brass body and brass armature tube as standard, alongside an AISI 430FR plunger and core and AISI 302 springs. Seal & Fluid Compatibility: Seal materials are listed as NBR, FPM and EPDM, with suitability dependent on valve code, media, temperature and application compatibility. Integration, Duty & Protection: Features a G1/8 ISO 228 threaded connection, universal mounting position, ED100% continuous service, and IP65 protection with connector fitted. Protection is IP00 without connector, using a DIN 46244 electrical connection with PG9 connector option. Options & Temperature Guidance: Available with stainless steel armature tube, electroless nickel plating, Class H insulation, cable attached versions, special coil voltages, special coil powers and certified coils. Optional explosion proof coil according to ATEX - EExmII Series 7 is available subject to correct specification. Ambient temperature is listed as -10°C to +80°C according to the coil.
