Constructed with a certified thermoplastic polymer body, the Series 135 is designed for compatible food applications and general fluids, including commercial coffee machines and sterilisation equipment where supported by media, pressure, temperature and connection compatibility. Defined Pressure Handling: Supports a maximum allowable pressure of PS 30 bar, subject to the selected connection type and pipe used, with maximum differential operating pressure dependent on orifice size and coil configuration, reaching up to 25 bar on selected configurations. Certified Food-Application Construction: Manufactured with a thermoplastic polymer body certified to ACS, KTW, W270, WRAS, NSF and FDA standards, alongside a chemically nickel-plated brass armature tube, AISI 430FR plunger and core, and AISI 302 springs. Connection Options: Available with multiple connection styles including spigot, G1/8" male thread with nut for flexible pipes, hosetail for flexible pipes, compression connection for flexible and semi-flexible pipes, and push in fittings for Ø6 mm or Ø4 mm semi-flexible pipes. Seal Material Flexibility: Available with NBR, FPM or EPDM seals for compatible food, coffee and sterilisation media, subject to material and temperature compatibility. Fluid Compatibility Guidance: Suitable for compatible fluids with maximum fluid viscosity up to 25 cSt. Temperature range depends on seal material, valve body and connection type. Continuous Duty Operation: Rated for ED100% continuous service, supporting continuous coil energisation in suitable commercial and industrial applications.
