W-M115
Series W-M115 Pressure Reducing Valve
Body Material:
Epoxy Coated Ductile Iron
Connection Type:
Flange / Flange
Working Temperature:
0°C to 80°C
The Watts W-M115 pressure reducing valve is designed to automatically reduce fluctuating or high inlet pressure to a stable and controlled lower outlet pressure. Suitable for sizes DN32 to DN200, it is intended for use with non-corrosive liquids and provides accurate downstream pressure regulation across a wide operating flow range.
The valve is supplied with stainless steel internal trim as standard for improved durability, reliability and long service life. Dual pressure gauges are included for easy commissioning, monitoring and confidence in system performance. Each unit is factory tested and pre-set to a downstream pressure of 500 kPa as standard, with an adjustable pressure range from 70 to 860 kPa. Alternative pressure settings are available on request.
The body and bonnet are manufactured from ductile iron with an NSF-certified epoxy resin coating for corrosion resistance and long-term protection. Internal components include a nylon reinforced NBR diaphragm, NBR main valve seal, brass pilot assembly, copper pilot tubing and stainless steel seat and stem components. The valve is suitable for operating pressures up to 1600 kPa as standard, with higher pressure options available, and for temperatures from 0°C to 80°C when fitted with NBR seals and diaphragm. Connection options include BSPT threaded ends for DN32 to DN50 and flanged connections to AS 2129 Table E for DN65 to DN200. The W-M115 is designed for horizontal in-line installation with the cover facing upwards and includes isolation valves and pressure gauges as recommended for maintenance and performance monitoring. Using a pilot-operated control system, the valve automatically modulates to maintain the selected downstream pressure and closes with a drip-tight seal when pressure rises above the set point. This ensures smooth, precise and dependable pressure control for commercial, industrial and water distribution systems.
