The Braukmann D06FI pressure reducing valve is a high-performance solution designed for precise pressure control in drinking water systems, particularly where enhanced corrosion resistance is required. Featuring a balanced seat design, integrated fine filter and stainless steel construction, it delivers reliable and hygienic operation in demanding environments. Manufactured in accordance with EN 806-2 and compliant with BS EN 1567, the D06FI protects installations from excessive supply pressure, helping to prevent pressurisation damage, reduce water consumption and minimise flow noise. The valve maintains a constant outlet pressure even under fluctuating inlet conditions, supported by its inlet pressure balancing feature. The outlet pressure can be easily adjusted using an external knob, with the selected pressure clearly displayed on the integrated set point scale for precise control. All wetted components are manufactured from V4A stainless steel, providing excellent resistance to corrosion and making the valve particularly suitable for applications requiring high material integrity. An integral fine filter protects both the valve and downstream equipment, improving reliability and extending service life. The high-quality synthetic valve insert is fully replaceable, allowing for straightforward maintenance. The adjustment spring is isolated from the drinking water, ensuring hygienic operation. Approved by DVGW and WRAS (up to 23°C), and manufactured using UBA conform and ACS certified materials, the D06FI is suitable for potable water systems. It is available in sizes from DN15 to DN50 (_" to 2") and supports inlet pressures up to 16 bar with a clear filter bowl or up to 25 bar with a stainless steel filter bowl.
