The Braukmann D05FT-GB pressure reducing valve is a high-temperature, balanced seat solution designed for reliable pressure control in domestic hot water systems. Engineered to maintain consistent downstream pressure, it protects installations from excessive supply pressure while ensuring efficient and quiet operation. Manufactured in accordance with EN 806-2 and compliant with EN 1567 requirements, the D05FT-GB helps prevent pressurisation damage, reduce water consumption and minimise flow noise. Its inlet pressure balancing feature ensures that fluctuations in supply pressure do not affect the outlet pressure, providing stable system performance. Specifically designed for hot water applications, the valve is constructed using dezincification-resistant brass, ensuring durability and long service life in demanding environments. The outlet pressure can be easily adjusted via an external adjustment knob, with the set pressure clearly displayed on an integrated scale for precise control. The adjustment spring is isolated from the drinking water, supporting hygienic operation. The valve is available with internal and external threaded connections from 1/2" to 2" (DN15 to DN50), offering flexibility across a range of system configurations. With a maximum inlet pressure of 16 bar and an adjustable outlet pressure range from 1.5 to 6 bar (preset to 3 bar), the Braukmann D05FT-GB is ideal for maintaining safe and efficient operation in hot water systems. It is WRAS approved for selected sizes, with further approvals in progress.
