BRS0000W1/GS

The Vexve BRS0000W1/GS is a reduced-bore, shut-off butterfly valve for very large diameter welded pipeline systems built to GOST dimensional standards. Available from DN 900 to DN 1600 at PN 25, it features an alloy steel body (P355NL1/P355QH1, 1.0566/1.0571), a cast stainless steel disc (GX5CrNiMo19-11-2, 1.4408), and a hardened chrome-plated seat (1.4542 + HCr). The PTFE and AISI 316 net bearing supports smooth manual gear operation. The GOST butt-weld ends make this a direct fit for Russian and CIS-standard large-bore pipeline systems. It is rated to Δp = 16 bar with Class A leakage per EN 12266-1, and operates from -40°C to +200°C.
