BRS0000F1

The Vexve BRS0000F1 is a reduced-bore, shut-off butterfly valve for very large diameter pipeline applications in district heating and industrial systems. Available from DN 900 to DN 1000 at PN 25, it features an alloy steel body (P355NL1/P355QH1, 1.0566/1.0571), a cast stainless steel disc (GX5CrNiMo19-11-2, 1.4408), and a hardened chrome-plated seat (1.4542 + HCr) for reliable isolation performance. The PTFE and AISI 316 net bearing supports smooth manual gear operation. This flanged variant connects flange-to-flange for integration into existing large-bore pipework. It is rated to Δp = 16 bar with Class A leakage per EN 12266-1, and operates across a temperature range of -20°C to +200°C.
