BFS000W2

The Vexve BFS000W2 is a full-bore, shut-off butterfly valve for high differential-pressure welded pipeline systems. Available from DN 300 to DN 800 at PN 25, it uses a carbon steel body (P235GH for DN 300–500, P355NL1 for DN 600–800), a cast stainless steel disc (GX5CrNiMo19-11-2, 1.4408), and a hardened chrome-plated seat (1.4542 + HCr). The PTFE and AISI 316 net bearing supports smooth manual gear operation. Supplied with butt-weld ends to EN (DIN) dimensions, this valve suits fully welded installations where higher differential pressures are present. Rated to Δp = 25 bar with Class A or B leakage per EN 12266-1, it covers the same broad temperature range of -40°C to +200°C as the rest of the BFS weld series.
