BFS000W1/GS

The Vexve BFS000W1/GS is a full-bore, shut-off butterfly valve for welded pipeline installations built to GOST dimensional standards. Available from DN 300 to DN 800 at PN 25, it shares the same high-quality construction as the BFS000W1: a carbon steel body (P235GH for DN 300–500, P355NL1 for DN 600–800), a cast stainless steel disc (GX5CrNiMo19-11-2, 1.4408), and a hardened chrome-plated seat (1.4542 + HCr). The PTFE and AISI 316 net bearing supports smooth manual gear operation. The GOST butt-weld ends make this valve a direct fit for Russian and CIS-standard pipeline systems. It is rated to Δp = 16 bar with Class A leakage per EN 12266-1, and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +200°C.
