BFS000W1

The Vexve BFS000W1 is a full-bore, shut-off butterfly valve for welded pipeline installations in district heating, industrial process, and energy applications. Available from DN 300 to DN 800 at PN 25, it features a carbon steel body (P235GH for DN 300–500, P355NL1 for DN 600–800), a cast stainless steel disc (GX5CrNiMo19-11-2, 1.4408), and a hardened chrome-plated seat (1.4542 + HCr). The PTFE and AISI 316 net bearing supports smooth manual gear operation. Supplied with butt-weld ends to EN (DIN) dimensions, this valve integrates cleanly into fully welded systems where flanged connections are not required. It is rated to Δp = 16 bar with Class A leakage per EN 12266-1, and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +200°C.
