The GEMÜ 566 eSyStep 2/2-way straight seat control valve delivers precise flow regulation for small volume applications handling corrosive, inert, gaseous and liquid media. The GEMÜ 566 valve integrates a motorised stepper actuator and an internal control mechanism that enables actuator replacement without draining or removing the primary valve body from active piping. Safety & Compliance: Food Grade Certification: Designated GEMÜ 566 configurations meet FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, USP Class VI and Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 standards for sensitive process applications. Leakage Integrity: The internal metal seat seal achieves a Class IV leakage rate under DIN EN 60534-4 testing procedures.
