Standardised Pipeline Integration: The GEMÜ R91 incorporates a flange connection with a standardised length to DIN EN 558-1, series 16, streamlining integration and component replacement within existing industrial pipework systems. Guaranteed Flow Isolation: The GEMÜ R91 achieves EN 12266-1/P12 leakage rate A (with plastic seal) and leakage rate G (with metallic sealing) bubble-tight and drip-tight sealing, preventing backflow and costly fluid loss across demanding processing networks. Safety & Compliance: Sanitary & Specialised Gas Compliance: The GEMÜ R91 achieves WRAS conformity (when configured with EPDM seals up to 85°C) and offers an optional oil/grease-free design, ensuring plant engineers can standardise one metal check valve across potable water and specialised gas systems.
