The 815 non-return valve features a compact design and is engineered to provide reliable sealing performance through spring force distribution across the plates, ensuring consistent pressure against the seat seal. It is suitable for installation in horizontal positions as well as vertical ascending and descending orientations, offering flexibility for a range of system layouts. The valve is designed for very low head loss, helping to maintain efficient flow conditions. Sealing is achieved through a metal-to-elastomer seat arrangement for dependable tightness and durability. It operates within a temperature range of -10°C to 80°C when fitted with an NBR seal, while higher temperatures can be accommodated with an EPDM seal upon request. The valve is suitable for permissible operating pressures in water and maximum pressures for other media as specified in the relevant tables. It is designed for mounting between flanges to the appropriate PN rating and is suitable for use with clear water and gas.
