The 805 valve is designed for pumping, water distribution and general industrial applications, and is installed between PN10 and PN16 flanges. It operates under pressure conditions defined by PFA/PS standards, with temperature limits up to 100°C when fitted with EPDM seals and up to 80°C with NBR seals. The body is primarily constructed from epoxy-coated GJL cast iron, with ductile iron GJS used where specified, also protected with an epoxy coating for durability and corrosion resistance. The valve features aluminium bronze plates for strength and reliability, while sealing materials vary by size, with EPDM used for DN 50 to 300 and 400, and NBR for DN 350 and DN 450 to 600. The stem is manufactured from stainless steel 316 for DN 50 to 300 and 400, and stainless steel 304 for DN 350 and DN 450 to 600. A stainless steel spring completes the assembly, ensuring consistent operation across a wide range of industrial environments.
