Tilis Lug

The Tilis lugged butterfly valve is designed to provide competitive performance, long-term reliability and flexible installation within a wide range of water and industrial systems. Manufactured by Socla, the lugged body design allows secure bolted installation between flanges and can support end-of-line service where required. The valve features a robust grooved connection between the shaft and disc for efficient power transmission and dependable operation. The shaft and valve body are fully protected from the fluid to reduce wear and extend service life, while self-lubricating bearings ensure smooth movement with minimal maintenance. Safety is enhanced by an anti-ejection circlip that secures the shaft in place and allows easier servicing. A secondary watertight sealing system provides added protection, while the one-piece spline-driven shaft connected to a floating disc delivers reliable sealing performance and consistent torque transmission over time. Each valve is fitted with a riveted metal identification tag for full traceability.
