Sylax Wafer

The Xylia2 butterfly valve is designed for reliable performance across commercial heating, cooling and industrial applications. It features a ductile iron GGG40 body and a valve disc available in either stainless steel CF8M or epoxy-coated cast iron GGG40 for durability and corrosion resistance. An EPDM seal ensures dependable watertight performance, while an anti-ejection ring adds an extra level of safety during operation. The valve is available with either a manual handle for DN 50 to 150 or a gearbox for DN 50 to 300, and can be installed in both wafer or lug configurations to suit different system requirements. Each unit includes a riveted metal identification label on the body to ensure clear traceability and identification. The Xylia2 range is suitable for a wide variety of applications including commercial heating and hot water systems, underfloor heating, radiator supply, commercial kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, industrial rinsing and sterilisation processes, plant rooms, process cooling water, pharmaceutical and healthcare systems, HVAC installations, fabrication machinery and data centres. Its compact design allows for easy integration into pipework, particularly in space-restricted plant rooms. It provides secure watertight shut-off, flexible sizing from DN 50 to DN 300 and requires minimal maintenance, reducing service time and operational costs. The valve also offers excellent resistance to weathering and ageing, ensuring a long service life in demanding environments.
