The EMARIS butterfly valve range is designed for reliable flow control in industrial applications, available in sizes from DN 50 to 300 mm, with DN 350 to 900 mm available on request. It is offered in a tapped lug version and supports both vertical and horizontal shaft mounting for flexible installation. The design allows easy access to the packing gland without removing the actuator, simplifying maintenance and reducing downtime. Sealing is achieved using RTFE with 15% graphite, providing durable and effective tightness. The valve uses a proven design that does not require springs or additional tightness bearings. Its body features a long neck with an integrated arcade, allowing for insulation and direct actuator mounting on a standardised surface. A safety anti-ejection circlip ensures the shaft remains securely in place. The body design supports a wide range of mounting options through centring lugs with multiple connections. The guide plate is fixed outside the seal bearing to ensure optimal flange tightness, while the double offset disc design reduces seat wear and improves service life. Low torque operation and an extended tightness zone outside the shaft path further enhance performance. The shaft is precisely guided and centred using anti-friction bearings, ensuring smooth operation. It is a double-direction butterfly valve designed for straightforward maintenance and reduced risk of assembly errors, with a simple sealing design for ease of servicing. The guide plate is screw-mounted to allow easy access to the seal, and external sealing provides additional safety at the lower shaft using an O-ring system. Each valve is fully traceable via a riveted metal identification tag, ensuring compliance and manufacturing transparency.
