The Vexve BRS0000W1 is a reduced-bore, shut-off butterfly valve for welded large-diameter pipeline systems in district heating and industrial applications. Available from DN 900 to DN 1400 at PN 25, it features an alloy steel body (P355NL1/P355QH1, 1.0566/1.0571), a cast stainless steel disc (GX5CrNiMo19-11-2, 1.4408), and a hardened chrome-plated seat (1.4542 + HCr). The PTFE and AISI 316 net bearing supports smooth manual gear operation. Supplied with butt-weld ends to EN (DIN) dimensions, this valve integrates directly into fully welded systems. Rated to Δp = 16 bar with Class A leakage per EN 12266-1, it operates from -40°C to +200°C.
