BRS0000F2

The Vexve BRS0000F2 is a reduced-bore, shut-off butterfly valve for high differential-pressure applications on large-diameter pipelines. Available from DN 900 to DN 1000 at PN 25, it features an alloy steel body (P355NL1/P355QH1, 1.0566/1.0571), a cast stainless steel disc (GX5CrNiMo19-11-2, 1.4408), and a hardened chrome-plated seat (1.4542 + HCr). The PTFE and AISI 316 net bearing supports smooth manual gear actuation. Connecting flange-to-flange, this variant is rated to Δp = 25 bar with Class A or B leakage per EN 12266-1. The extended low-temperature capability to -40°C and upper limit of +200°C suit a wide range of district heating and industrial pipeline applications.
