BRC0000W2

The Vexve BRC0000W2 is a reduced-bore control and shut-off butterfly valve for high differential-pressure welded large-diameter pipelines. Available from DN 900 to DN 1200 at PN 25, it uses an alloy steel body (P355NL1/P355QH1, 1.0566/1.0571), a cast stainless steel disc (GX5CrNiMo19-11-2, 1.4408), and a hardened chrome-plated seat (1.4542 + HCr). The PTFE and AISI 316 net bearing supports smooth manual gear actuation. Supplied with butt-weld ends to EN (DIN) dimensions, this variant handles elevated differential pressures rated to Δp = 25 bar with Class A or B leakage per EN 12266-1. Operating range is -40°C to +250°C, covering district heating and demanding industrial applications.
