BRC0000W1/GS

The Vexve BRC0000W1/GS is a reduced-bore control and shut-off butterfly valve for welded large-diameter pipeline systems built to GOST dimensional standards. Available from DN 900 to DN 1200 at PN 25, it features an alloy steel body (P355NL1/P355QH1, 1.0566/1.0571), a cast stainless steel disc (GX5CrNiMo19-11-2, 1.4408), and a hardened chrome-plated seat (1.4542 + HCr). The PTFE and AISI 316 net bearing supports smooth manual gear operation. The GOST butt-weld ends make this a direct fit for Russian and CIS-standard large-bore pipeline systems requiring both flow control and positive isolation. Rated to Δp = 16 bar with Class A leakage per EN 12266-1, operating range is -40°C to +250°C.
