BRC0000F1

The Vexve BRC0000F1 is a reduced-bore control and shut-off butterfly valve for very large diameter pipelines requiring both flow regulation and positive isolation. Available from DN 900 to DN 1000 at PN 25, it features an alloy steel body (P355NL1/P355QH1, 1.0566/1.0571), a cast stainless steel disc (GX5CrNiMo19-11-2, 1.4408), and a hardened chrome-plated seat (1.4542 + HCr). The PTFE and AISI 316 net bearing supports precise manual gear actuation. This flanged variant connects flange-to-flange for straightforward integration into existing large-bore pipework. Rated to Δp = 16 bar with Class A leakage per EN 12266-1, it handles temperatures from -20°C to +250°C, making it well suited to district heating and high-temperature industrial applications.
