BFS000F2

The Vexve BFS000F2 is a full-bore, shut-off butterfly valve designed for high differential-pressure pipeline applications in district heating and industrial systems. Available from DN 300 to DN 800 at PN 25, it features a carbon steel body (P235GH for DN 300–500, P355NL1 for DN 600–800), a cast stainless steel disc (GX5CrNiMo19-11-2, 1.4408), and a hardened chrome-plated seat (1.4542 + HCr). The PTFE and AISI 316 net bearing supports smooth manual gear actuation. This flanged variant connects flange-to-flange for straightforward integration into existing pipework. Rated to Δp = 25 bar with Class A or B leakage per EN 12266-1, it handles a wider range of operating conditions than the BFS000F1, with an extended low-temperature capability down to -40°C and an upper limit of +200°C.
