BFS000F1

The Vexve BFS000F1 is a full-bore, shut-off butterfly valve built for large-diameter pipeline applications in district heating, industrial process, and energy systems. Available from DN 300 to DN 800 at PN 25, it uses a carbon steel body (P235GH for DN 300–500, P355NL1 for DN 600–800), a cast stainless steel disc (GX5CrNiMo19-11-2, 1.4408), and a hardened chrome-plated seat (1.4542 + HCr) for reliable, long-lasting shut-off performance. The PTFE and AISI 316 net bearing supports smooth manual gear operation. This flanged variant connects flange-to-flange to existing pipework, making it straightforward to fit into standard installations. It is rated to a maximum differential pressure of Δp = 16 bar, with Class A leakage per EN 12266-1, and operates across a temperature range of -20°C to +200°C.
