BFC000W1

The Vexve BFC000W1 is a full-bore control and shut-off butterfly valve for welded pipeline systems where precise flow regulation and positive isolation are both needed. Available from DN 300 to DN 800 at PN 25, it features a carbon steel body (P235GH for DN 300–500, P355NL1 for DN 600–800), a cast stainless steel disc (GX5CrNiMo19-11-2, 1.4408), and a hardened chrome-plated seat (1.4542 + HCr). The PTFE and AISI 316 net bearing supports smooth manual gear operation. Supplied with butt-weld ends to EN (DIN) dimensions, this valve integrates cleanly into fully welded installations. Rated to Δp = 16 bar with Class A leakage per EN 12266-1, it operates from -40°C to +250°C, covering district heating, industrial process, and energy pipelines.
