BFC000F2

The Vexve BFC000F2 is a full-bore control and shut-off butterfly valve for high differential-pressure pipeline applications requiring both flow regulation and isolation. Available from DN 300 to DN 800 at PN 25, it uses a carbon steel body (P235GH for DN 300–500, P355NL1 for DN 600–800), a cast stainless steel disc (GX5CrNiMo19-11-2, 1.4408), and a hardened chrome-plated seat (1.4542 + HCr). The PTFE and AISI 316 net bearing supports precise manual gear actuation. Connecting flange-to-flange, this valve is rated to Δp = 25 bar with Class A or B leakage per EN 12266-1. The temperature range of -20°C to +250°C covers district heating networks and demanding industrial process pipelines.
