BFC000F1

The Vexve BFC000F1 is a full-bore control and shut-off butterfly valve designed for large-diameter pipelines where both flow regulation and positive isolation are required. Available from DN 300 to DN 800 at PN 25, it features a carbon steel body (P235GH for DN 300–500, P355NL1 for DN 600–800), a cast stainless steel disc (GX5CrNiMo19-11-2, 1.4408), and a hardened chrome-plated seat (1.4542 + HCr). The PTFE and AISI 316 net bearing supports precise manual gear operation. This flanged variant connects flange-to-flange for straightforward integration into existing pipework. Rated to Δp = 16 bar with Class A leakage per EN 12266-1, it handles temperatures from -20°C to +250°C, making it well suited to district heating and high-temperature industrial applications.
