The UVQF101F is a compact 1PC wafer flanged ball valve designed for reliable isolation across a range of industrial fluid applications, including water, oil and gas systems. Manufactured using investment casting, the valve is available in stainless steel material options including 304, 316, 1.4308, 1.4408, CF8 and CF8M. Its wafer-style construction provides a space-saving solution for installations where overall valve length is an important consideration. The UVQF101F features a full port design to support unrestricted flow through the valve and minimise pressure loss. A blow-out-proof stem is incorporated for added operational safety, while an optional anti-static device is available where required. Suitable for PN16 and PN40 applications, the valve is designed in accordance with EN 12516 and supplied with DIN flange connections. Inspection and testing are carried out in accordance with API 598 and EN 12266.
