Series 762000 Carbon Steel Split-Body Full Bore Ball Valve Ultravalve supplies the Series 762000 split-body full bore carbon steel ball valve for reliable manual on/off flow isolation in ANSI 150 industrial systems. Manufactured with A352-LCB carbon steel body and end connection materials, an A479-TP304 / A351-CF8 ball, PTFE seats, Fire-Safe construction and an antistatic device, the Series 762000 is designed for compatible general fluid handling, processing and plant maintenance applications when correctly specified and installed. Dependable ANSI 150 Full Bore Isolation for Process Systems Ultravalve’s Midlands based warehouse offers a wide range of ANSI 150 flanged ball valves from stock, subject to configuration and current availability. Designed to support heavy duty maintenance and industrial pipework projects, these valves help provide robust replacement options for full bore flanged isolation requirements. Full Bore Performance: The full bore design helps support high flow capacity and reduced restriction across compatible industrial pipelines. Robust Carbon Steel Construction: Manufactured with A352-LCB carbon steel body and end connection materials, A479-TP304 / A351-CF8 ball, A479-TP304 / 17-4-PH stem, PTFE seats, FKM O-rings and Graphoil sealing. 762000 may also use A216-WCB body and closure depending on configuration. Fire-Safe & Antistatic Design: Features Fire Safe construction and an antistatic device for correctly specified industrial and critical-service applications. Defined Pressure & Size Range: Available in DN15, DN20, DN25, DN40, DN50, DN80, DN100, DN150, DN200, DN250 and DN300. DN15 to DN200 are PN20, while DN250 and DN300 are PN10. Trunnion Large Size Versions: DN250 and DN300 use a trunnion design and are supplied without handle. Flanged Installation Standard: Supplied as a flanged valve conforming to ANSI B16.10 face-to-face dimensions. Temperature, Vacuum & Certifications: The temperature range is -20°C to +160°C, with vacuum capability as 10⁻³ torr. A216-WCB body and closure configurations may use -10°C / -20°C to +160°C. Certification availability includes TUV SIL 3, Fire-Safe acc. EN ISO 10497 / API 607 and F.E. Tested ISO15848-1, subject to selected configuration and verification at quotation.
