Manufactured with an A352-LCB blued carbon steel body and end connections, an A479-TP304 / A351-CF8 ball, P.T.F.E. seat components and an ISO 5211 mounting pad, the Series 713000 is designed for compatible general fluid handling, processing, water, plant maintenance and automated pipework applications when correctly specified and installed. Three Piece Maintenance Design: The three piece construction supports maintenance access to internal valve components, helping reduce disruption during servicing when installed in a suitable system layout. Robust Carbon Steel Construction: Manufactured with an A352-LCB blued carbon steel body and end connections, A479-TP304 / A351-CF8 ball, P.T.F.E. seats, FKM O-ring and A479-TP304 / 17-4-PH stem. Threaded Connection Standard: Supplied with female/female ISO 7/1 / UNI EN 10226/1 Rp threaded connections for straightforward integration into compatible pipework systems. Actuation Readiness: Features an ISO 5211 mounting pad, supporting integration with compatible pneumatic or electric actuators when correctly specified. Defined Pressure & Size Range: Available from DN8 to DN100, with pressure ratings dependent on valve size. DN8, DN10 and DN15 are PN64; DN20 and DN25 are PN40; DN32, DN40 and DN50 are PN25; and DN65, DN80 and DN100 are PN16. Temperature, Options & Certifications: The carbon steel temperature range is -20°C to +160°C. V-ball options and low temperature design to -40°C on demand. Certification availability includes TUV, ATEX on request, SIL 3 and F.E. Tested ISO15848-1, subject to selected certified version and correct specification.
