Manufactured with an A351-CF8M stainless steel body and end connections, an A479-TP316 / A351-CF8M ball, PTFE + Carbografite seat components and socket weld ends, the Series 710061 is designed for compatible steam, process, plant maintenance and automated welded pipework applications when correctly specified and installed. Three Piece Maintenance Design: The 3 piece construction supports maintenance access to internal valve components, helping reduce disruption during servicing when installed in a suitable system layout. Steam Suitable Construction: Manufactured with an A351-CF8M stainless steel body and end connections, A479-TP316 / A351-CF8M ball, FKM O-rings, PTFE + Carbografite ball seats, PTFE + Carbografite thrust washer and PTFE + Carbografite stem seat. Socket Weld Connection: Supplied with socket weld end connections from DN10 upwards for secure integration into compatible welded pipework systems. Steam Pressure & Temperature: Suitable for steam service up to a maximum working pressure of 15 bar, corresponding to a steam temperature of 198°C. Defined Pressure & Size Range: Available from DN10 to DN100, with pressure ratings dependent on valve size. DN10 and DN15 are PN64; DN20 and DN25 are PN40; DN32, DN40 and DN50 are PN25; and DN65, DN80 and DN100 are PN16. Vacuum, Actuation & Certifications: Vacuum capability is 10⁻³ torr. The ISO 5211 mounting pad supports integration with compatible pneumatic or electric actuators when correctly specified. Certification availability includes TUV, ATEX on request, SIL 3 and F.E. Tested ISO15848-1, subject to selected certified version and correct specification.
