Digital RPZ Test Kit – Fully Compliant with RPZ AIM Issue 3

Ultravalve’s Digital RPZ Test Kit has been developed to meet the latest Water Regs UK requirements for RPZ valve testing, as defined in RPZ AIM Issue 3. Designed for accuracy, reliability and ease of use, this next-generation digital test kit provides RPZ testers with a compliant alternative to traditional manometers, supporting the industry’s transition to modern, evidence-based testing methods.

The kit uses a high-accuracy digital differential pressure gauge capable of measuring the full pressure differential range required for RPZ commissioning and periodic compliance testing. With no moving parts, the digital sensor eliminates common issues associated with analogue equipment such as hysteresis, corrosion and inconsistent readings.

Designed for Compliance and Confidence

From 1 January 2025, updated RPZ guidance introduced new minimum requirements for test equipment and removed single tube manometers as an acceptable testing method. Ultravalve’s digital RPZ test kit has been selected specifically to support compliance with these changes and is suitable for use on both new RPZ installations and existing assemblies.

Each kit is:

  • Capable of completing all aspects of RPZ compliance testing
  • Clearly identifiable with unique serial numbering
  • Fully calibratable via UKAS-accredited calibration services
  • Suitable for measuring low differential pressures with high accuracy
