Small Check Valve
The Small Check Valve is the outcome of Mondeo's decades long experience in the field of small diameter check valves.
By Means of research in the best balance between the various ways of working stainless steel, which are now part of the company's technical expert ice, Mondeo has
created a product which stands out for efficiency and reliability of operation in the most varied conditions. Small in fact has been designed to
move fluids for Domestic, Food Processing, and for both Health and Industrial purposes and is particularly suitable in circumstances where
corrosion, scaling or health requirements make the use of traditional bronze valves unreliable or impossible.
Small is available in three sizes with Female/Female gas threaded connections : 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2".
It is made of 1.4301 or 1.4401 EN 10088( AISI 304 or AISI 316 ) Stainless Steel and features NBR, EPDM and FPM Sealing rings.
We can supply valves with Male/Female
and NPT threads on request.
IDJRA Check Valve
The IDRJA check valve's are the outcome of Mondeo's decision to widen the use of Stainless Steel by making use of production techniques
which ensure incomparable cost savings on the finished product. For this reason the IDRJA project aimed at optimizing the ratio between
cost and quality. In this regard we studied every single component on the basis of more balanced processing, thereby succeeding in
alternating pressing stages with turning stages. The result is a product which offers a reliable, efficient and modern alternative to the
more traditionally deigned check valves. The IDRJA check valve has been designed to offer maximum hydraulic performance in all fluid moving
systems, whether for domestic or industrial use and is a perfect solution in circumstances where corrosion, scaling or health requirements
advise against the use of brass check valves.
IDRJA is available in the following versions:
Threaded Version - Available in 8 sizes from 3/4" to 4". The internal components in sizes 2 1/2", 3" and 4" can be disassembled and replaced.
Available in 1.4301 EN 10088 9 ( AISI 304 Version ) or 1.4401 EN 10088, 1.4404 EN 10088 ( AISI 316 Version ),
Stainless Steel with with seal ring in FPM and PTFE. Female/Female threads according to ISO 228.
Flanged Version - Available in 4 sizes from 2" to 4". The internal components in sizes 2 1/2", 3" and 4" can be disassembled and replaced
